The classic board game (and its cult classic film adaptation) is brought to life as six guests are invited to a dinner party thrown by an anonymous host. What follows is a madcap, slapstick evening of blackmail, murder, mystery and laughs as the party guests must play the deadly game of puzzling out the culprit. "Clue: On Stage" was written by Sandy Rustin, with additional material by Hunter Foster and Eric Price and original music by Michael Holland. This stage version is based on Jonathan Lynn's screenplay for the Paramount Pictures motion picture, which itself was based, of course, on the Hasbro board game.
