Welcome to the Playhouse on Main! Here at the Playhouse, all throughout the year one can play a role in Starkville Community Theatre's many activities, productions, parties, and creations. SCT currently stages four productions during its regular season, which usually run for eight or nine performances. The theatre also produces a season extra each May, a children's workshop and production each June, and, for more than 25 summers, SCT staged a fund-raising musical revue in July as well.

In addition, the theatre hosts meetings, banquests, and a vareity of other activities from time to time to give people a chance to socialize and meet new people.

Over 500 season-ticket holders, in addition to many non-season-ticket holders, currently attend SCT productions each year. Our nine performances of each production have lately been playing to wonderful sold-out audiences in our 89-seat theatre, and the possibility of adding one or two more performances per production is under consideration!
